Our promise to you is that there are no hidden costs. Every item we offer has FREE Worldwide Shipping. 

Our items are shipped through e-packet and we offer you a tracking number with each order so you can track the progress of your delivery.

*Processing time: Delivery time does not include processing time. In-stock orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. High demand items as indicated on the listings will typically take 5 business days to process.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Please Note: If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS/Canada Post) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived to you we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you (this is left to the discretion of petilly.com) however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund.  Please contact us ASAP so we can help at team@petilly.com. Each case is different so be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.

Petilly.com is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.

Petilly.com will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
